- Description
- The Fort Harrison VAMC has a requirement to Renovate the Outpatient Lower Level at the VA Medical Center in Fort Harrison, MT. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to renovate the OP lower level. Work involves general construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and installation of a Swimex therapy pool and elevator. The anticipated completion time for this project is 270 calendar days and the estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns capable of performing the required work. The NAICS code is 236220; small business size is $33.5 million. Solicitation package including specifications and drawings will be available on or about March 13, 2009 with an estimated bid opening date of April 13, 2009. Bid bonds will be required. Electronic solicitation with specifications may be obtained from www.fbo.gov. Drawings will be availably at the VA Montana Medical Center. Interested offerors are reminded that in addition to being registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and ORCA, all offerors MUST be registered in VIP.VetBiz.gov before award can be made.
