Description

Solicitation The U.S. Coast Guard requires components for sparing of the Mission System Pallet. The proposed acquisition will be for a quantity of two (2) ea Video and Mission Processors (VAMP), P/N 7406715-00. The U. S. Coast Guard intends to award to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Lockheed Martin (90536) on a sole source basis and will be satisfied using non-commercial acquisition procedures. This procurement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The specifications and drawings are not available to the Coast Guard and will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Delivery is desired within 90 days after receipt of order and required by 120 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation, in writing, no later than 20 March 2009. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Only written and/or telefax requests will be honored.
