No. 1 The Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the Clinical Center at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland wishes to replace its current Vicon M2 motion capture system in the Functional & Applied Biomechanics Section with a motion capture camera system that can be seamlessly integrated with other existing laboratory hardware and software. Also, the Government will require technical support and maintenance services for this equipment. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES ONLY THE SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a Combined Synopsis for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation NIHCL2009031 includes all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510-500 employees. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal and is a total small business set-aside. The detailed Statement of Work requirements can be found in Attachment No. 1 to this synopsis. Please refer to the following attachments in preparing your proposal responding to this solicitation.
