- Performance Work Statement Appendix B Equipment List Appendix A Equipment list Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a contract to Microwave Instrumentation Technologies under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) (including software support), Calibration and Maintenance (RM) (including software support) on B1B AN/APQ Array Gimbel Radar and Compact Radar Range Positioner System. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A and B. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 18 July 2009 through 17 July 2010. The estimated award date is 01 July 2009. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair of these machines. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
