- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order ECRI Institute for a Picture Archival and Communications System (PACS), a medical device regulated by the Food & Drug Administration specifically configured to receive ‘orders' for specific radiologic procedures (mammography, film digitization, Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD), bone mineral, densitometry, etc) from a patient management tracking system. The acquisition specified in the purchase document(s) include integration with existing systems and with systems being acquired in conjunction with this purchase.
