- Tinker AFB, OK is searching for a laser cutting machine like or similar to the Cincinnati Inc CL-850 Laser Cutting System to meet the following government requirements: Performance Requirements: The CNC computer controlled laser system must have the cutting capacity to cut 1 1/8 inch thick mild carbon steel at 23 inches per minute (ipm) and 14 gauge mild carbon steel which represents the majority of the workload. The system will also be used to cut other steels and metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and galvanized steel in various thicknesses which usually do not to exceed 1 1/8 inch thickness. Table size must be at least five feet by ten feet to accommodate sheet size. Machine software must have commercial and industrial sheet metal cutting/ fitting capability. Companies that can provide this requirement are invited to post as "interested vendors."
