- This is a Presolicitation Notice for a commerical service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to procure on a sole source basis to design, build, plan integration, transport and support the necessary materials for C-RAM display for the AUSA Fires Exposition that will be conducted at The Fairmont Dallas. It has been determined that the Southern Convention Services, Inc is the only source that can meet the Government requirement.
