The existing seals from the Spillway Ogee Tainter Gate Sill Beam down to the Tailwater elevation, EL. 785, require extensive inspection and repair. To facilitate this inspection and repair, a 5x5, 1000 lbs Capacity, Suspended Work Platform will be utilize and suspended via mobile crane to inspect, apply high pressure grout, and apply a surface seat of joints. The crane will work from the Spillway Roadway Dec, EL. 970. A rental crane will be required to perform this work as the Projects existing crane is not of suitable capacity. The crane will be operated by the Governments own crane operator so a bare rental of the equipment is required.
