- Amendment No. 001 The project consists of maintenance dredging of Anaheim Bay to a depth up to -41-feet (MLLW) (Approximately 700,000 cublic yards) with placement of dredge material in the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Site LA-2. Type of award: Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y216. The NAICS Code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, $20.0M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The estimated cost range of this project is over $10,000,000. The acquisition method is sealed bidding. This is an unrestricted procurement and all responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 09 February 2009. Subcontracting plans are required for all construction contracts awarded to Large Businesses when the award amount exceeds $1,000,000.00. If the successful bidder is a large business, it will be required to submit a subcontracting plan upon request. The Los Angeles District subcontracting goals are speceific percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontract amount. The goals are as follows: 70.0% with Small Business, 6.2% with Small Disadvantaged Business, 7.0% with Women Owned Small Business, 9.8% with HUBZone Small Business, 3.0% with Veteran Owned Small Business, and 0.9% with Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. All interested contractors are reminded that the successful contractor will be expected to place subcontracts to the maximum extent practicable with Small and Disadvantaged frims in accordance with the Provisisons of Public Law 95-507. ALL OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO AWARD.
