Box 4502, Arlington, VA 22204-4502 Description: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR DATA APPLICATIONS & INTEGRATION ANALYSIS SUPPORT. Government Requirements The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide technical support to the GCSS PMO with data engineering activities. The contractor shall conduct the following activities during the execution of the contract: analysis of GCSS Authoritative and non-authoritative Data Sources for their ability to satisfy GCSS requirements; analysis of GCSS Requirements for completeness; quality assurance analysis of GCSS authoritative and non-authoritative data sources; query development, which supports the GCSS software development effort; test and evaluation of GCSS software products, to ensure software quality assurance and the software's ability to satisfy the GCSS requirements The contractor shall provide engineering, technical, program support services required under the task areas as described in Section 6 of this document. This effort will span the breadth of the CC23 mission required under the following task possible areas: Task Area 2 - Integrated Solutions Management Task Area 3 - Performance Benchmarking Task Area 5 - Requirements Analysis Task Area 7 - Information and Knowledge Engineering Task Area 10 - Test and Evaluation Specific Tasks. This Task Order provides the following: Task 1 GCSS System Engineering Research and Development Support Task 2 GCSS System Engineering Operations & Maintenance Support The contractor shall conduct the following activities during the execution of the contract: analysis of GCSS Authoritative and non-authoritative Data Sources for their ability to satisfy GCSS requirements; analysis of GCSS Requirements for completeness; quality assurance analysis of GCSS authoritative and non-authoritative data sources; query development, which supports the GCSS software development effort; test and evaluation of GCSS software products, to ensure software quality assurance and the software's ability to satisfy the GCSS requirements THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFI. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to the RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to the RFI will not be returned nor will the Government confirm receipt of the RFI response. Whatever information is provided in response to this RFI will be used to access tradeoffs and alternatives available for determining how to proceed in the acquisition process. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541513, and the size standard is $25M. Small businesses are strongly encouraged to provide responses to this RFI, in order to assist DISA in determining the potential levels of interest and competition to provide the required services within the Small Business community.
