- DRAFT CLIN Structure DRAFT Section M (Evaluation Criteria) DRAFT Section L (Instructions to Offerors) DRAFT Section H (Special Clauses) 5 MARCH 2009 UPDATE TO CONTRACTUAL ACTIONS RFIQ UPDATE All RFIQ courseware has been delivered. Changes to the courseware are being generated as discovered in Small Group Try Out (SGTO). Additional changes are anticipated during Large Group Try Out (LGTO). RFIQ will be fully implemented as of October 2009. The last legacy class will have graduated. ATTACHMENTS Attachments are in draft format only and are subject to change. The following draft documents are attached: DRAFT Section H (Special Clauses) DRAFT Section L (Instructions to Offerors) DRAFT Section M (Evaluation Criteria) DRAFT CLIN Structure We are looking for industry to provide input on these draft documents.
