- Please contact Constance Finnegan @ Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Contract Support Office, Fort Monmouth, NJ (732) 676-1050 and e-mail constance.finnegan@us.army.mil to obtain a copy of RFP W81GYE-08-R-0039. W81GYE-08-R-0039 closing date and time is March 20, 2009 @ 4:30 PM. This solicitation is for a Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for future unknown contingency port operations at various CONUS ports. This solicitation will result in an S&RTS Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) which will be issued by the Government to qualified offerors for a maximum period of five (5) years at ports identified and serviced by the proposed offeror. Qualified offerors issued S&RTS Basic Ordering Agreements will be solicited for future contingency port operations, if necessary, and each offeror will be expected to respond to a competitive Request for Proposal which will identify the actual requirement. Only contractors holding SDDC issued Basic Ordering Agreements will be considered for future contingency port operations when identified by SDDC.
