- PR# 0021352101, This is a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 406 each for the following NSN: 1615-00-915-7061, Pocket Assembly, Blade, Critical Application Item, Government FAT, Production Lot Test required. Sikorsky Aircraft is the OEM, Cage 78286, P/N 65150-00011-086. Approved sources are Israel Aircraft, Cage Codes 5U018, SD664 and SH900. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. Navy CSI item, FOB: Destination, Stock Locations: New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
