- RFP for NSN 6140-01-481-1199, BATTERY, STORAGE. Solicitation number SPM4L1-09-R-0022, PR IQC08312009002, Lead Acid, Sealed. Self Life; Type 1, 12 months. MSDS/PSDS required per FED-STD-313 technical data package availability. Sources: C & D Technologies, Inc, cage code 1K126 for part number UPS12-350MR, Eaton Electrical Inc., cage code 31795 for part number BAT-0122, and Powerware Corporation DBA Best, cage code 3S966 for part number BAT-0122. The government can not provide traceability to the approved source should quote. DSCR BSM Help (Procurement). FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This is a competitive buy with 100% small business set-aside. PRLI: 0001, estimated annual demand quantity of 190 each. This is being procured as full and open competition (FAR 15.404-1(b)(2)(i). This is a candidate for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with Base Year and Four (4) Option years. Customer Direct requirements only.
