- Part 1-The Schedule Scope of Work Standard Form 18, Request For Quote RFQ Letter Pre-Solicitation HSCG33-09-Q-SAA477 Classification: NAICS code: 236220/238220 Set Aside: Total Small Business: $33.5 M ADVERTISED (SYNOPSIS) DESCRIPTION **THIS PRESOLICITATION “HSCG33-09-Q-SAA477” INCORPORATES DAVIS-BACON ACT (FEB 1195), FAR CLAUSE 52.222-6******REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) PACKAGE This is a presolicitation requirement for “Renovation of Bathroom, Tongue Point, Astoria, Oregon to include the following: Project Supervision, Demo all casework and flooring needed for plumbing relocation, demo drywall for water line relocation, relocate plumbing waste and water lines, framing for new shower wall, install drywall (Green board at all wet areas), taping and painting of walls for paint, install tile on floor with 4” tile base and walls inside of shower, install 10 minute shower hot water heater, install 4’ high FRP on all walls, set toilet and sink, install two grab bars, one toilet paper holder, one toilet seat cover holder, install shower door.” Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to this project. A site visit will be required for all interested parties. Location: USCG Tongue Point Facility, Astoria, OR 97103. POC to Schedule Site Visit: Douglas Jensen @ 503-861-6260 or Brian Addicott @ 503-861-6164. Period of Performance: Work to commence no later than 30 days after receipt of ward/notice to proceed. Work to be completed within 30 days after commencement of work. The projected date of completion is to be no later than May 15th, 2009. The Davis Bacon Wage rates for Construction apply to each and every employee associated with this contract. The following General Decision Number: OR080002 Dated: 01/02/2009. Contractor’s quote response is to be of a price breakdown format and sent via email to Deborah.S.Cefaratti@uscg.mil. The estimated cost range is less than $12,000. This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220/238220 and the applicable size standard is $33.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responses small business may submit a quotation. This solicitation will be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPS) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about February 27th 2009) at the following site: http://fedbizops.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on the website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due (closing) date of March 13th, 2009 for receipt of quotations. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration System. Vendors are encouraged to register their interest by entering their information in the Interested Vendors List (IVL) for this solicitation in FEDBIZOPS.
