- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Eurofins Scientific, Inc, 6100 Thornton Ave Ste 220, Des Moines, Ia 50321-2414 for analytical analysis for Pork BBQ Wrap, Mexican Beef Wrap, Sweet and Spicy Tuna, Nacho Beef Stick Sandwich and 11 other components. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at sandra.shoff@us.army.mil. No later than 5 March 2009. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
