The services offered by GalleryWatch.com were evaluated and determined comparable to those offered by Congressional Quarterly Inc. The requirement was competed between Congressional Quiarterly and GalleryWatch.com Quotes were provided and evaluated. As a result of this evaluation, an award has been made utilizing lowest price, technically acceptable reasoning. The place of performance will be at the Contractor's Facility.
