- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247 intends to award a sole source contract for telemetry services pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(1) and the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996). This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
