- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Kaman Aerospace, 217 Smith St., Middletown CT 06457 on a sole source basis for nine (9) each Data Transfer Devices (DTD) Part Number 209605-101 and six (6) each DTD Ground Stations Part Number 209588-101. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition; Kaman Aerospace is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these items. Devices specifically designed for use with MH-60S helicopter TI Console and OPMA Workstations. Equipment will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity-Panama City (NSA-PC), Receiving Office, 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334112 applies.
