- SPECIFICATIONS FOR MIS-6 LABELS -Label must be on a 3.5 inch spool with a 3 inch diameter. -Label must have a self stick adhesive. -Label paper stock must be appropriate quality for use on prescription vials, bottles, IV plastic bags. Containers may be glass or plastic. -Labels must be compatible with a Zebra Z4M printer. -Labels must remain attached to container when stored for 6 months at a temperature range of -20 degrees C up to 30 degrees C. -The label adhesive must not leach thru plastic/glass containers and be in accordance with the FDA 175.105 regulations which can be found at:http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfcfr/CFRSearch.cfm?CFRPart=175 -The label rolls are 3 inch core and 8 inch outside diameter with 800 labels per roll -Labels will be white with light blue printing of "Pharmacy Department, CRC, NIH" "Bethesda, MD 20892 (301) 496-2866" "Pharmacy Department," "Clinical Center". The quotation marks only indicate a line and should not appear on the label. -Labels will have one horizontal perforation and one vertical face slit.
