- Notice of Intent to Award This is a notice of intent for Sole Source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 541611. The Regional contracting Office-Northeast, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a 6 month Sole Source contract to AchieveGlobal Inc, 8875 Hidden River Parkway, FL, 33637 for a requirement to procure Recruiter Sales Training Services. AchieveGlobal is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. This notice is not a request for proposal. Interested parties may submit their capability for satisfying this requirement to the e-mail address identified below not later than 05 March 2009. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Go! vernment not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses on this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
