- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W31P4Q-09-Q-0013 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The US Army Aviation and Missile Command issues a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation Number W31P4Q-09-Q-0013 for the purchase of: NOUN: Accessory Kits for Mass Flow Calibration, QTY: 7 each. Complete requirements of specifications can be requested from the Contract Specialist, Ms. Oksana Joye at oksana.joye@us.army.mil or fax it at (256) 842-7684. Required delivery is FOB Destination within 28 days after contract award with inspection/acceptance at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. In the event multiple quotes are received, the award will go to lowest price, technically acceptable offer. Electronic quotes are preferred, but fax quotes will be accepted.
