- NSN 5935-00-665-5125 Item name: Jack, Telephone, for NSN 5935-00-665-5125. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for items from the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a QPL item, P/N M9177/3-1 IAW SPEC NR MIL-DTL-9177/3C. The FOB, Inspection and Acceptance points are destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 5, 2009, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp>. This is an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (one year requirement with two 365-day options). The requested delivery is 150 days. There will be various increments solicited: 1 each to 499 each, 500 each to 999 each, 1,000 each to 4,999 each, 5,000 each to 9,999 each, and 10,000 each to 14,999 each.
