- This requirement is for NSN 6140-01-474-6576, Battery Storage, Lead Acid, Charged, Starved Maintenance Free which is identified by Spec Nr MIL-PRF-8565/1A. QPL applies. RFP will cover requirements for Firm Fixed Price contract for a quantity of 123 ea. The RFP will contain a Quantity Option. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 125 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirement. Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the solicited contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the toolbar. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
