- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Evaluate for repair seven E/F Memory Modulators (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to KOR Electronics, 10855 A Business Center Dr., Cypress CA 90630 due to unique capabilities of these modulators due to proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
