- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial RFQ SPM4A6-09-Q-4692, NSN 6240-00-372-4841, issued for Incandescent Lamps for approved sources of supply: General Electric, CAGE 09905, P/N Q4681 or Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N Q4681. SPECIAL NOTE: COMMERCIAL CLAUSES APPLY IAW FAR PART 12, AND PART 13.5. This is commercial item on Request for Quote. This announcement constitutes the Government’s request for proposals/offers. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date of March 03, 2009 as cited in the RFQ. QUOTES submitted VIA DIBBS can be considered for award. Requested delivery is 38 days ARO. Solicitation is requesting FOB Destination prices with inspection and acceptance at destination.
