- The Congressionally mandated PEBLO Training Conference is designed to ensure our transitioning Sailors and Marines receive the very best counseling and assistance in their transition to civilian life. The Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO) is responsible for conducting the Disability Transition Assistance Program (DTAP), also Congressionally mandated. The annual PEBLO training conference offers the opportunity to provide continued professional development and expert training to these Navy and Marine Corps disability counselors located at 32 Navy Medical Treatment Facilities around the world. Training conference is to take place in or around the Orlando, FL area. Statement of Work is listed in the solicitation. (Please note that the solicitation shows 3/16/2020 as the close date.
