- Quantity: 15 each (one First Article Test Unit, 14 Production Units) Naval Air Warfare Center Part Number 626768-1 Piston Rod. Technical Data Requirements defined in TDR/REI# 07-17001. Higher Level Quality Program required, refer to specifications / drawing and drawing notes. Inspection at source with Acceptance at destination in accordance with TDR/REI# 07-17001. First Article Testing at destination. May require stringent non-destructive testing to include material certification, magnetic particle inspection and heat treat certification, refer to specifications / drawings and drawing notes. Delivery of First Article Test Unit is 60 days after date of award. Delivery of 14 Production Units due 60 days after acceptance of First Article Test Unit. Pre-award survey and Post award conference are anticipated. Export Control Data included, a certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) prior to receipt of RFQ package. Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) by 10 March 2009.Quotes are due COB 24 March 2009. See Government Numbered Notes 1 and 8.
