- The Naval Oceanographic Contracting Office (NAVOCEANO) intends to issue solicitation N62306-09-T-9010 as full and open competition and evaluated based on a best value determination. The requirement is being processed under NAICS Code 334519, Size Standard is 500 employees or less to be considered a small business. This requirement is for Qty (2) Iridium Profiling Floats in accordance with the salient characteristics attached to the solicitation. The proposed contract will have a required delivery date by September 30, 2009 or sooner. NAVOCEANO is intending to issue the official solicitation on or around February 27, 2008 and proposals will be due on March 17, 2009 with a projected award date of March 31, 2009.
