Description: The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract, to conduct a survey of equipment and processes at Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Including 8 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is a 300-acre facility with 24 buildings encompassing approximately 1.4 million square feet. The survey will cover only those buildings where there is equipment meeting OSHA Control of Hazardous Energy standard. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 27, 2009 and proposals will be due on or about March 13, 2009. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% TO ELIGIBLE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS (SDVOSB). An organized pre-proposal site visit will be conducted.
