- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 4810-00-484-3760. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Tactair Fluid Control (CAGE: 70236) P/N: HP904100-16. This solicitation opens on 03/11/09 and closes 04/13/09. This requirement is for a quantity of 303 each (102 each including option). Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. The Government’s requested delivery time is 325 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 03/11/09.
