- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District intends to award up to 6 indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) construction contracts to provide civil works construction services and incidental technical services for a broad range of construction, repair, maintenance, and demolition projects in the geographic area of the Nashville District and the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Projects will principally be construction from already completed designs. However, offerings may include some task orders specified by a Statement of Work requiring the Contractor to provide technical submittals completing the design as incidental to the project. The Government may at its discretion award less than 6 contracts. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 237990. The construction magnitude for this solicitation will vary with each project as individual task orders are issued. This solicitation is set aside for 8(a) contractors located within the SBA Region IV area, which encompasses the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. Award of the contracts will be based upon the 6 lowest bid results for the actual prototypical project that is included in the solicitation documents. The date for the site visit of the prototypical project is unknown at this time, but will be announced in a future amendment. The Contract Specialist for this project is Kristal Jones.
