- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) hereby issues a Sources Sought request (SSR) for detailed information on the following: Item 001: Spectrophotometric based Color Control System. Contractors are requested to provide written information for equipment which will meet the requirements as listed in the attached document. This request is for information only at this time but after review of all information provided may lead to a request for quotation. Please provide two (2) copies of all documents for each type of equipment which meets the requirements and provide the following: contractor name, address, name of contact with phone and fax numbers, also include a Duns number for the contractor. Written request are to be sent to Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th and C Streets SW, Attention David Mork, Room 705-A, Washington, DC 20228-0001, send via the US Mail (USPS), Fax request to 202/874-2200 include your return fax number.
