- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the repair of the HVAC system in the Network Control Center, Building 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT. Work includes repair of computer room environmental control systems and air handler serving populated areas of the NCC. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Performance Period for this project is 180 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 16 March 2009. The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 30 days after award. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 15 November 2009 through 1 April 2010. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.
