- Solicitation documents will be available for download at www.fbo.gov. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide weekly janitorial services, along with quarterly carpet and window cleaning services. The work shall be performed at the Western Divide Ranger District office located in Springville, CA. The area to be cleaned is approximately 4,700 square feet. The Contractor shall be located within the local geographic area.
