- 50 squares (200 shakes per square) hand split (no saw marks), 24" length, white oak shakes (100% heart wood), delivered. Shakes must be "-" thickness, with the majority of them being in the range of 3/8"-" thickness. Widths must be 4"-10", with the average width being 6" minimum. Each bidder must provide a sample to the COTR for review prior to award. Shakes are to be packaged/bundled so that they can be off-loaded with a forklift.
