- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse, Office and Lab Space Springfield, Virginia The United States Government (“Tenant”) seeks to lease warehouse, office and lab space consisting of approximately 9,990 rentable square feet in Springfield, Virginia within the following delineated area: North: Hooes Road to Franconia Springfield Parkway East: Telegraph Road to Hayfield Road West: Rolling Road South: Pohick Road and Richmond Highway 20 parking space are desired onsite or adjacent to the offered building. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm with a five (5) year renewal option and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 2009; however, earlier occupancy will be considered. All space offered must be contiguous on one floor. Use of space shall be of office, warehouse and special use lab space. The offered facility must have a minimum of one (1) serviceable dock and two (2) drive-in bays. All services, utilities and parking must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire and life safety and handicapped accessibility. No new construction will be considered at this time.
