- The purpose of the amendment/modification is to respond to contractor's questions. Question: I have two questions regarding the above RFQ. First, will you accept the quote via email or do you have another method of delivery that you prefer? Second, do you have any other technical specifications other than the one page that was provided in the original RFQ? Response: The quote will be accepted via any delivery method as long as the quote arrives prior to the RFQ date/time response deadline. No, the technical specifications have been posted to Fed Biz Ops.
