Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Red River Valley Agricultural Research Center, Biosciences Research Laboratory, Fargo, North Dakota, requires preparation and arraying of a custom BAC library for leafy spurge (Euphorbia Esula). Plant material will be supplied per contractor instructions. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are Price, Technical Characteristics and Past Performance. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading approximately March 9, 2009. The offer response date is approximately March 23, 2009.
