- This presolicitation public notice is for the service of Land Mobile Radio at Little Rock Air Force Base. On 12 Feb. the presolicitation will end and the solicitation process will begin. The solicitation will contain the Preformance Work Statement and provisions and clauses. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and the site visit on 26 Feb 09 at 1400. After 26 Feb 09 vendors will be allowed to submit questions and comments pretaining to the service and performance work statement. All questions will be reviewed by the contracting and the communication squadron with Q&A's posted on FBO. The estimated closing date for the solicitation is 18 Mar 09. SITE VISIT IS AT 1400 on 26 Feb 09!!!!
