- Solicitation Number: Notice Type:VA-260-09-RP-0275 Presolicitation Synopsis: In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in Boise, Idaho intends to purchase on a sole source basis with Getinge / Maquet for the procurement of a Modutec medium arm system due to the fact that we have thoroughly explored the other options and have determined that this is the product that would best suit our facility for room size limitations, ease of use for the employee and standardization of this critical and costly endoscopy equipment it will support. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3/13/2009 @ 11:00a.m, local time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
