Description
The web based application shall perform but is not limited to the following functions: Co-exist and work with the current high school on-line application. Be written in C# and ASP.NET. Use a SQL 2000 database to store submitted data. Shall be able to add new records and update existing records. A Kofax release script shall be required to be developed and shall work correctly with Ascent Capture (7.5) scanning Software and FileNet Content Services (5.x) Software. The application shall function adequately with a minimum of a 56 kbs end user modem and accommodate the top two browsers. Shall be able to recognize and identify new records being added along with updates to existing records. Shall be user friendly, intuitive, and fully automated web based application. Shall provide the ability to upload files and stored in selected folders on selected drives for direct import into FileNet Content Services. Shall provide immediate feedback to applicants. Shall have dynamic mouse rollover effects in each data input block to provide an explanation of what information goes into the section or block. Shall support a minimum screen resolution of 800x600. This announcement is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought announcement. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement.
