- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Office Environments International, 2700 South Quincy Street, Suite 320, Arlington, VA 22206, on a sole source basis, for the purchase and installation of Allsteel Consensys Cubicles and Accessories to be added to existing Allsteel modular furniture. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other manufacturer and system would result in substantial delays and disruption of several key projects already in progress and would also increase the overall cost to the government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no written responses are received at least fifteen (15) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
