- Work includes purchase and installation of a new above-ground potable water storage tank, installation of a new supply line and return line from the existing waterline to the water storage tank install valves, curb stops, air relieve valve, and daylight drains where required, purchase and installation of water level controls, installation of a new supply line from the well to existing pump house and a return line from the pump house to the existing waterline purchase and installation of a water meter, misc. valves, piping, controls, chlorinator and tank, and some electrical work at the existing pump house. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-06-0046 and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposals and will be available for downloading on or about Feburary 26, 2009 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Proposal/site visit meeting will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process. Vendors are required to register at the Online Representations and Certifications website (ORCA); registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
