- Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army, CCRD-NA-SY, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Social Sector Development Strategies, Inc. This is for the purchase of Expert Database Management for maintenance of the Total Army Injury and Health Outcomes Database (TAHOID). The procurement includes the following; (1) 6 Month management of TAHOID Database (1) SOP maintenance and support to the TAHOID 6 months, (1) Senior Scientist support to the TAHOID, 6 months.
