- Description
- The intent of this performance based service is to provide for road brushing maintenance of forest service roads on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Mt. Baker and Darrington Ranger Districts. The resulting contract will be a performance based, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract with a minimum guarantee of $40,000 and a maximum not to exceed $99,000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies, and perform all work required to maintain the facilities according with drawing and specifications of the contract. All roads are located on the Mt. Baker and Darrington Ranger Districts. Districts maps showing the road systems are available for viewing at the district offices. Roads will be identified on work orders for the Contractor. These roads at a minimum will be passable with a 4X4 vehicle. The Contractor shall start work when directed within three calendar days from date of each work/task order. Interested parties can download a copy of this solicitation around the end of March. This project is set aside for Small Business. The estimated start work date is June 15th 2009 with contract duration of about 103 days.
