Kuipers, Contract Specialist, Fax: 256-313-4144, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, Cage Code 04939, the following M-TADS/PNVS Systems components: thirty-four (34) each Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, two (2) each spare Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, twenty-four (24) each Partial B-Kits and twenty-four (24) each TADS Electronic Display and Control (TEDAC) units. The Government intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
