- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires services to develop training syllabus, instructional materials, and participate in a training workshop. The completion date will be no later than 15 May 2009. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a follow-on, sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Maxwell Solutions LLC under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-09-T-0039 will be issued on or about 12 March 2009 with a closing date on or about 20 March 2009. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC Contracting Office, Champaign Branch, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005.
