- The Regional Contracting Office, NE, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirements for expert corporate communications services to support various requirements to build and deploy a positive, unified Civilian Workforce corporate brand image campaign to approximately 30,000 current employees and potential employees of the United States Marine Crops. Specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract, base plus four one year options. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) web link. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This is an unrestricted requirement. NAICS Code 541810, size standard 6.5. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the int! erested parties to review the referenced web link frequently for updates on this sight.
