- Description
- The United States Army Contracting Command CECOM Contracting Center intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the procurement of NSN: 5996-01-188-3332, P/N: 622-6545-003, AM-7189A/ARC Improved Frequency Modulator (IFM) Amplifiers. The orders will be placed on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The resulting contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to Rockwell Collins, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52498-0001. Rockwell Collins developed the AM-7189A/ARC IFM Amplifier at its own expense, in the early 1980s, as a Non-Developmental Item (NDI), and the technical data necessary to manufacture the AM-7189A/ARC IFM Amplifier is proprietary to Rockwell Collins. The Government does not possess a Technical Data Package for this item. Shipments are to be FOB Destination, New Cumberland, PA with Inspection/Acceptance at Source. The delivery schedule will be 50 each 60 days after contract and 50 each month thereafter until completion.
